Annual Prepay Option

Field Notes

Lead with 24-month on both tiers: best economics, strongest close.

36-month Performance is the best product.

Hardware-only is the fallback, not the lead (~20% annual conversion to membership).

Membership hardware owned at end of term. “You keep the equipment.”

Assessment credit ($195) toward mechanical upgrades only. Never toward membership, Hardware-Only, or additional monitors.

Alerts are contractor-facing: you see the problem first.

Consumables: $50/visit included, overage at cost +15%.

The $195 service-call unit: membership call-back onboarding, Hardware-Only call-back install, and multi-sensor call-backs all carry the same +$195. Single-sensor call-backs use the +$50 per-sensor step shown above.
